What are the lead times for a bulk order?
Standard and Premium orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Enterprise orders with custom packaging run 4–6 weeks. For Q4 holiday gifting, place orders by November 1 to guarantee delivery.
Can you ship directly to each recipient?
Yes. Send us your recipient list and we coordinate individual addressed deliveries, each with its own personalized card. Enterprise orders include white-glove delivery coordination.
How does custom branding work?
Premium and Enterprise tiers include a co-branded insert card with your firm's logo and message. Enterprise adds custom outer packaging. Send your logo and we'll proof it before production.
