THE GREEN
Unlike typical at-home putting greens that only offer straight putts, PUTTR Green features three adjustable tee positions at each distance, allowing for the practice of straight, right, and left edge putts. This variety mimics actual course conditions, making your practice sessions more effective and engaging. The putting surface measures a 11 on the stimp meter, ensuring the ball rolls true to your stroke.

What everyone wants to know!
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship PUTTR to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.
What speed is the green?
We wanted Puttr to feel like tour greens, and the carpet rolls about a 11.5 on the STIMP meter.
Can I use my own putter and balls?
Yes! One of the most important design aspects when creating putter was to make sure that you can practice like you play. Use your own putter and your preferred white or yellow golf balls with no attachments or add on gear. * Pink balls may not work well on PUTTR
What are Puttr’s dimensions and weight?
The Puttr Box is 24" W x 12" D x 18” H or 610mm W x 305mm D x 458mm H. When the carpet is rolled out the unit takes 12x2 feet of floor space. Weight is currently 30 pounds / 13.6 kg.
Do I need a subscription to play PUTTR.
No, you do not need a membership to PUTTR Club to play PUTTR games, participate in challenges or have access to your profile and putting statistics.
Will it work for leftys?
Yes, our new return track lays completely flat and is the same thickness as the carpet for a seamless experience for lefty and righty golfers.
Why is Bluetooth not connecting?
DO NOT try to connect via your Bluetooth settings on your device. Just ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device, and the Puttr app will automatically connect to your Puttr green.
How do I connect Puttr to a TV?
There are two ways we recommend hooking up Puttr to a TV.
1. Using your iOS, Android, or Mac M1 device, hook up an HDMI cable with an adapter directly to a TV and mirror the Puttr app.
2. Stream the Puttr app over AirPlay or Chromecast to an Apple TV or Google TV.
The first option will give the best performance as there is no lag, which there can sometimes be if streaming over a slower wifi connection.
Where should I set up Puttr?
Puttr uses computer vision to track the ball path of every putt, and lighting conditions can effect the reading of the ball path. We recommend using Puttr indoors where there is no direct sunlight on the ramp or near the hole of the putting green. Also bright spotlights and other types of lights can cause issues so keep your Puttr in a controlled lighting environment.
What if my floor is not level?
Puttr has 4 adjustable legs on the bottom of the box that can be used in conjunction with the Puttr level in the app. To access, go to Settings->Green Level. Then place your device flat on top of your Puttr box and adjust legs until the dot is perfectly centered.
Why is the ball not coming all the way back on the ball return?
This is caused from a floor that is sloped. To check the best area to lay out the rug, go to your app menu, then Settings -> Green Level. Lay your device down on the carpet and you will see which way it is sloped. Ideally you want to setup Puttr on as flat a surface as possible.
